When will my order ship?
Numind is currently in pre-order. Production begins once minimum batch requirements are met. Manufacturing and third-party testing typically take 12–14 weeks, followed by fulfillment. We will email updates throughout production.
Why should I pre-order now?
Pre-ordering guarantees your place in our first batch and provides early pricing access. Initial production is limited to ensure quality and testing standards.
What if production is delayed?
Manufacturing timelines may vary due to ingredient sourcing, third-party testing, and regulatory requirements. If there are changes to timelines, we will notify customers via email.
Can I get a refund before it ships?
Yes. Pre-orders are refundable prior to shipment. Contact support@numind.com to request a cancellation.
How do I take Numind?
- AM Formula: Take 2 capsules in the morning.
- PM Formula: Take 2 capsules in the evening 30 - 60 minutes before bed.
Do not exceed suggested use. For best results, take consistently.
Is Numind safe with other supplements or medications?
Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are nursing.
Is Numind habit-forming?
Numind does not contain stimulants or sedatives known to cause dependency.
What allergens are in Numind?
Formulated without dairy, gluten, soy, or nuts. Manufactured in a facility following GMP standards. Check label for full ingredient list before use.
Will Numind make me jittery or drowsy?
The AM formula contains moderate caffeine from natural sources and may not be suitable for caffeine-sensitive individuals. The PM formula is formulated to support calm and relaxation without sedatives; individual experiences may vary.
